On May 10th, leaving home early in the morning we arrived on time at the start of the Leiden Marathon. The weather turned out decent and I was happy to see a few family and friends show up aswell. I was feeling fine at the start and the first few kilometers went effortlessly. I managed to keep going and finish the marathon, while not improving on my previous time, but with good hope to return in a next event. I wish to thank all of my family and friends for showing up, especially my uncle who kept encouraging me from the side.
